Lately, for the past two weeks, I have been falling asleep at work. It will be morning and I'll be typing away one minute and then doze off for a couple of seconds and jerk awake. It is very disorienting. [this can’t be good for my job] I have nearly hit my face on the monitor, the keyboard and the back of my chair. Somehow, I have become The Somnolent Office-Girl. Today it was a little varied, there was imagery involved. There were flashes of imaginary scenes. During the first one I told S. that I was not a” good girlfriend”. He asked “Why?” I said out loud, in my office [which is connected to my bosses office], “Because!”, passionately. This startled me awake. Another one involved a girl holding the bottom half of a porcelain body. There was blood carefully streaked onto the legs and spackled on the feet of the body. The girl seemed to be stepping into it rather than out.
