22 April, 2003 : what would bing do?
so if you ever see a girl in the vegetable aisle tearing up when "i'm singin' in the rain" starts the vegetable sprayer...that's me. The first time i heard it, i thought i was imagining things. It reminds me of Gene Kelly, Bing Crosby, all the men old enough to be my grandfather that i daydreamed about, when i was a little girl. (Bing and Gene, not my grandfather) Part of me is very amused by it, but part of me wonders if Nothing is sacred! This normally happens when i'm in a bad mood. While i'm complaining about the grocery store...In the parking lot there are way too many cars with vanity plates that say Jesus on them. Assume that you do believe in Jesus. Why on earth would you put a vanity plate on your car that says "Jesus". Isn't that like claiming to be Jesus?
